The CNBC host confronts Pete Buttigieg on the border crisis, leaving him stumped to answer.

If Pete Buttigieg thought he was going to have an easy time with an interview on a relatively modest business network, the truth introduced itself very quickly.

The reality was in the form of CNBC host Joe Kernen. The host was visibly upset as the transportation secretary actively tried, and critics say failed, to shift the focus of the border crisis away from President Biden.

To see a mainstream media host belittling Buttegig and slurring dirt must have shocked even the most vocal supporters of the Biden administration.

Kernan began by asserting that the White House only began to take an interest in the illegal immigration crisis when it became a clear disadvantage for the Biden campaign. Buttigieg tried to intervene, but the host wasn’t having it.

“Let me finish first.” “Every time we hear these stories, it’s like, ‘It was the Republicans who destroyed the border,'” Kernan said. “That’s why people get so frustrated.

“We know what President Biden said about inviting people. We know that he got rid of everything that was blocking the border. [former] the president [Donald] Trump had entered. We know that he got rid of them all.

Keren was throwing incontrovertible facts at an official who is not often hit with such things during media appearances.

We know all Of these things. Biden urged illegal immigrants to expand the border. And we know that on his first day in office he issued an executive order halting any construction of the border wall. We also know that he ended the ‘stay in Mexico’ policy.

In fact, Biden took 100 executive actions in his first 94 days to dismantle border security.

You should know that Pete Buttigieg tried to spin and filibuster his way out of criticism of the CNBC host.

Unfortunately for Buttigieg, this time, the host just didn’t have it yet.

Buttigieg asserted that the single border policy involving President Biden to get rid of family separations is patently false.

“Did you see the 7.2 million people who came in during the Trump administration?” Kern fired back, leaving Buttigieg with only one option – repeat his ‘family separation’ talk.

You can see that the host is visibly escalating with the Democrat’s efforts to debate the issue.

Family separation over?

Critics will suggest that Pete Buttigieg and his sole argument that the Bidens have stopped family separation is entertainment, considering we know that even that The statement is not correct.

You may recall that a New York Times investigative reporter last year analyzed statistics showing that the Biden administration lost thousands of illegal immigrant children.

“In multiple congressional hearings, HHS Secretary Becerra has been asked about our reporting that HHS could not reach 85,000 immigrant children after they were released,” reporter Hannah Dreyer said at the time.

“He says he doesn’t know where those numbers come from.” For what it’s worth, these are from the HHS press office.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has insisted that he will reverse the Biden border crisis by re-implementing some of his policies and implementing some new ones.

Trump has promised to implement the Alien Enemies Act if elected. It is a martial law that would allow the president to authorize the arrest and deportation of illegal immigrants over the age of 14. Trump also said that the United States would witness “mass deportations” on his first day in office.
